At Elegance we seek to actively participate in and make a positive difference to the communities in which we live and work. We do this through a series of community engagement activities.

We grant financial sponsorship and support to non-profit organisations such as, the local Soccer & Football Clubs. We continue to encourage community partnerships.

Our team is also actively involved in the community, participating in volunteering days such as, Council Green Days which promote the planting of new trees and clean up days.

Our team is actively involved with local councils and schools to assist in programs that benefit the community. We at Elegance promote this by offering a paid leave day to our staff for the help in assisting such programs.

Our team feels that by assisting in such programs, that it would promote incentive for the broader community to take a stand and notice that we must all join together to provide unpaid assistance. The local councils and schools need our help. It is for this reason that we are currently exploring new community engagement opportunities.
