The Croydon Park project was an old 1950’s red brick dwelling consisting of 6 units. We at Elegance Pty Ltd were employed to fully renovate and construct 6 Garages at the rear with landscape works. The interior was very old with asbestos lined walls and ceilings, so all necessary safety precaution were needed.

Our design team along with our licenced tradesman began the process to completely gutter the building and modify it to the new modern building it is today.

With our design team leading the way, we rendered the external façade, added a glass extension balcony to the front, and constructed 6 new car space garages at the rear.

All this was completed within our contract time and within budget.
